Remi has had a lifelong fascination with the natural world, and, having grown up in rural Nova Scotia, he is passionate about marine habitat restoration and conservation. Remi’s research aims to help develop an eelgrass meadow restoration technique using seeds instead of transplanting shoots. He’s currently testing different storage conditions to preserve the viability of eelgrass seeds.
