Coming from Richmond, British Columbia to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Daniel is pursuing a Combined Honours in Marine Biology and Oceanography with a GIS certificate at Dalhousie University. From nutrient analysis to image analysis and seafloor mapping, Daniel continues to expand his curiosity and thirst for experience and knowledge. After completing several statistics courses with biological applications, Daniel has developed an interest in comparing statistical approaches on assessing functional trait metrics to accurately monitor the stability of the ocean ecosystem.
